Commodore Black has left the US for moving to Italy where he will recruit more crew members. He landed in Northern Italy, near to the Alps and has stopped for the day in Saronno, a cute little town close to the Lake of Como, one of the most romantic venues of the world, the Alps and Milan, the financial capital of Italy.
Saronno is famous for a peculiar type of bitter-sweet biscuits and liquor that both take the name from the town: Amaretti di Saronno (the biscuits) and Amaretto di Saronno (the liquor).
Walk with me in the center town.

The bell tower dates from 1516, the rest of the church is of a later date. Internally it is decorated with fine frescoes by Gaudenzio Ferrari, representing The Concert of Angels, while those in the choir are by Bernardino Luini and are among his finest works. These include the Adoration of the Magi, The Presentation, The Marriage of the Virgin and Jesus Discussing with the Doctors in the Temple. Most likely Luini started these frescoes in the spring of 1524.”

Many believe that we are in troubled waters and that the economy as a whole is leaving them stranded in the middle of the ocean, waiting for a relief that will never come. Far gone looks the safety of the territories that were known and tested and nothing they do can really seem to have a real effect on the random course their life has taken. Others believe that no matter the distance from the coast and the depth of the sea, they can still flourish and prosper, and can still chart their course using the compass of their faith in themselves and more than anything their faith in their fellow men.

I am proud to know two men that have chosen to be their own beacon and to give orientation to many other like them, by growing and winning in times and territories that seem to defeat the majority of people and yet still keeping a friendly and helping attitude towards anyone who turns to them for help.
They are two among the most successful real estate investors ever and definitely two bright stars in the firmament of the new generation of entrepreneurs that are transforming the mortgage meltdown into an opportunity for anyone who cares to follow a precise investing system.
I am talking about Mark Jackson and Sam Bell who at this very minute are in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, cruising toward the Canary Islands on an Italian ship of the Costa Crociere fleet. Even while doing that they are able to run their business at a distance and to plan a major development in the very middle of their holiday.
Mark and Sam have developed a system that allows anybody, anywhere in the world, to successfully invest in real estate within the United States without having to travel, unless they want to, and without worrying about a visa or anything else. Several other people claim to have the same, but only Mark and Sam can actually deliver today. I can tell this because I have explored many different systems by all kinds of real estate “gurus” in the US for many months, and none of them was actually ready for virtual real estate investment on a international scale as the one by Mark and Sam.
I am helping them do the last step in this journey, that is bridging the gap of language and culture and structuring deals so that Italians can understand them and feel comfortable in doing them. Why are we starting from Italy? Well, because I am Italian in the first place, because my compatriots are ready to jump on the project and because it is always nice to have an excuse to go an visit Italy for “business”
I am fortunate and blessed in having found Mark and Sam. They have developed a really complete system, that covers every aspect of the investing cycle, from acquisition, to reliable evaluation, to marketing. And everything can be done remote! But more than anything else, they are two open minded individuals, ready to understand and integrate with different cultures, and making business with a level of care and integrity that I rarely found.
So US investors, watch out! The Italians are coming! But I don’t see it as a competition. It will be more cooperation. You’ll have more people who can buy your deals. How about that?
